Metalstampi is a company specialising in the design, manufacture and sale of systems for plasterboard structures.

Drawing on fifty years of experience, our production process incorporates the use of modern technologies, ranging from mass moulding and laser cutting to the processing of steel profiles.

The organisation of production processes, managed in-house at our production sites in Italy, is designed to ensure that customers receive a product that meets the set quality objectives, which involve: monitoring of raw materials, as well as the processes of moulding, cutting, profiling, mechanical assembly, and packaging and dispatch operations.

The manufacture of fixing systems for suspended ceilings, bearing the CE marking as required by law, and the test reports carried out by leading laboratories regarding the mechanical strength of the support frames, enable the company, with its UNI EN ISO 9001-certified quality system, to guarantee a product that has been tested and proven in the installation of dry construction systems, and to be an established benchmark within the sector.

The highly automated production lines ensure consistent quality in production, as verified by external laboratories, and quality checks on the finished product, thereby maintaining high standards.

TESTS CONDUCTED BY OUTSIDE LABORATORIES

Mechanical leak tests are carried out periodically in the laboratory on products subject to CE marking in accordance with EN 13964, EN 14195 and EN 14353, to ensure that customers receive all necessary updates in line with current regulations.
