Metalstampi is a company specialising in the design, manufacture and sale of systems for plasterboard structures.

Drawing on fifty years of experience, our production process incorporates the use of modern technologies, ranging from mass moulding and laser cutting to the processing of steel profiles.

Manifacturing processes organisation, managed in Italy, is designed to ensure that customers receive a product that meets the set quality objectives, which involve: monitoring of raw materials, as well as the processes of moulding, cutting, profiling, mechanical assembly, and packaging and dispatch operations.

In addiction, the company – which operates a quality management system certified to UNI EN ISO 9001 – ensures tested and validated products for dry construction systems. The manufacture of CE-marked fastening system for suspended ceilings, together with mechanical strenght test reports on support frames issued by leading indipendent laboratories, reflects Metalstampi’s ongoing commitment to quality, reliability and compliance.
Thanks to this approach, Metalstampi has established itself over the years as a trusted benchmark in the industry.

CUSTOMISED MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

The highly automated production lines ensure consistent quality in production, as verified by external laboratories, and quality checks on the finished product, thereby maintaining high standards.

TESTS CONDUCTED BY OUTSIDE LABORATORIES

Mechanical leak tests are carried out periodically in the laboratory on products subject to CE marking in accordance with EN 13964, EN 14195 and EN 14353, to ensure that customers receive all necessary updates in line with current regulations.
