FLASHLINE HARD
ZINC-MAGNESIUM
PLASTERBOARD PROFILES
KEY STRENGTHS
1 – CE marking on the product in accordance with European standard EN 14195 (determination of yield strength in accordance with standard EN 10002-1) and EN 13964 (mechanical bending strength of ceiling products).
2 – Use of steel with a zinc-magnesium surface coating offering high corrosion resistance (on average four times greater than the standard for equivalent coverage), achieved through specialised production processes involving the addition of magnesium.
3 – Self-healing properties of the steel in areas where cuts and screw holes are made.
4 – Pronounced longitudinal stiffening ribs (to improve mechanical strength).
5 – Knurling on the fixing surfaces (to facilitate screw penetration).
6 – Product range with thicknesses of 0.6, 0.8 and 1 mm.
